Linda Batiancela, a native Staten Islander, came to the Hamptons in 1990 and moved here permanently in 1995 and became a partner in The Swamp/Annex restaurant on the Montauk Highway in Wainscott.
In 2001 she opened Magnolia in Sag Harbor which she closed in 2006 and turned to a full time real estate career with Town & Country's East Hampton office.
Before moving to the Hamptons, Linda spent five years working at a psychiatric hospital, as well as owned various retail stores.
Through all her varied business successes Linda continued to learn more and more about sales and customer service. As Linda puts it; "In a competitive market, no matter what the business is, service and the ability to understand the needs and wants of your customers and clients is what people remember most. In any sales situation you need to go that extra mile to make it work." Linda knows from her years in retail and restaurants that building lasting relationships with customers and letting them know you are there for them is key. Her energy, optimism and wonderful sense of humor shine thru no matter where she is working. Linda is known as a determined and fair business woman and has brought all her expertise to her "new" career with Town & Country.
Linda lives in Sag and feels fortunate to live and work in a paradise called the Hamptons. Now that she isn't living the demanding life of a restaurant owner seven days a week she enjoys her hobbies of and traveling.
